Medical O-Rings

Our medical O-Rings follow the highest standards, offer tighter tolerances and with ultra-low defect rates. Our fully automated inspection machines can produce 100-percent-inspected parts for both define defects and size. In addition to standard AS568 and ISO 3601 size, we offer the following non-standard medical O-Rings:

• Inside diameter from 0.015 in (0.38 mm) to 9.5 in (241.30 mm)
• Outside diameter from 0.045 in (1.14 mm) to 10 in (254 mm)
• Cross section from 0.015 in (0.38 mm) to 0.250 in (6.35 mm)

Standard Medical O-Ring Materials

We offer three standard rubber materials in a range of durometer hardnesses to meet the needs of your unique medical application.

• Fluoroelastomer/FKM
• Ethylene-Propylene/EPDM
• Silicone/VMQ
